Change of Name – Investors in Sales is now “Ethical Sales Business”
The Investor in Sales award has been renamed the Ethical Sales Business award to more clearly communicate what it represents: a business that has established a high degree of ethical knowledge and behaviour in its sales team.
Many of our members have invested in their personal brand by passing the ISP FAIR Ethics Exam. All members who have an active FAIR Ethics certificate also appear on the Registered Professional Database. Additionally, our corporate partners are presented an Investor In Sales award when 75% of their sales team pass this FAIR Ethics exam.
The ISP has determined that the name of the award does not clearly communicate the fact that a business has established a high degree of ethical knowledge and hopefully behaviour in its sales team, so we have renamed the award to be Ethical Sales Business as this more clearly communicates what the award is about.
What About “Investor in Sales”?
We have not abandoned Investor in Sales. Early in 2025, we will be announcing an award that recognises a business’s investment in their sales function. We believe this will be highly valuable to businesses as it will help to attract high-quality salespeople to their company and the elements that underpin the award will support superior sales execution and results.
