The ISP Sales Capability Framework defines the essential knowledge, skills, behaviours, and tools required for effective and ethical sales performance.

Used by leading businesses, it provides a structured approach for defining what capabilities and competencies are needed to perform various sales roles.

It is designed to guide personal development, support professional advancement and deliver improved business success.

The Framework is the basis of the UK’s Office of Qualifications (Ofqual) specification of sales qualifications and is used to endorse sales training companies and their sales training programmes.
