If you run or work in a small business and want to improve your selling skills, do join one of our free workshops in the new year.
Our masterclasses which are being funded by the Department for Education will set out the knowledge and skills you need to help you increase business-to-business sales and improve long-term performance. During the classes you will be shown how to set up your own sales action plan which you can put into practice straight away.
Places are limited, but still available on two of our courses at colleges in Hampshire and Surrey. Click one of the locations below for more details. Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t miss out.
Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT), Hampshire.
This is a one-day course on 10 January (09:00-17:00), with a one-hour online review on 18 January
North East Surrey College of Technology (Nescot) in Epsom, Surrey
This workshop covers the same course material, but is presented over two evening sessions on 26 January and 2 February (17:00 to 21:00). The date for the online review will be confirmed.
Here are some of the comments from our first workshop held in November at Farnborough College of Technology, Hampshire:
“It was fantastic! I feel I can already implement some of the findings in my company.”
“Engaging and interesting. Full of information but easy to digest. Practical advice that we could implement and benefit from right away.”
“Thank you for a fantastic first session… we all took away so much. Looking forward to session two.”
John Tunstall, a sales leader and fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals who has used his extensive experience to develop and run these masterclasses, said: “Businesses have made some striking improvements because this method is not difficult to put into practice.
“Salespeople can achieve great results by focusing on their customers’ needs and being organised and methodical which is the essence of this approach.
“The selling challenges often experienced by SMEs are not difficult to put right. Good selling is about doing the right things at the right time and in the right order. If you do what’s best for the customer, the rest takes care of itself.”
