WHO WE ARE
Our website address is: https://the-isp.org.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
CONTACT FORMS
We collect and store IP addresses from users who use forms on the site. This is used so we can identify where a user is based, as we are a U.K. based organisation.
If you tick the “I have read the Privacy Policy and grant consent to use my data” checkbox on the contact form, you give us permission to keep and store your name, email address and phone number for future use. Leaving the box unticked will mean your details will be deleted from our records after 30 days. We do not and will never sell or share your details with any third parties unless you have given your express permission.

If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
