The Institute of Sales Professionals is delighted to be announced as a sponsor for Global Sales Transformation XVII at the London Stock Exchange on Thursday 1 December 2022.
The theme of this year’s event is “Talent to Thrive: Inspiring Cultural Change,” with managing director of the Institute for Sales Professionals Patrick Joiner taking to the stage alongside Consalia’s academy director Louise Sutton to talk about the “State of Sales Apprenticeships.”
Patrick Joiner, managing director of the Institute for Sales Professionals, said: “The ISP is very pleased to be involved in this event. Consalia is a valued partner and leads the way in the delivery of the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship and the level 7 Post Graduate Diploma. Sales apprenticeships are also available at levels 3 and 4 and, as the leading End Point Assessment Organisation for these qualifications, the ISP is at the heart of sales apprenticeships in the UK.
“As the professional body for sales in the UK, we are committed to promoting sales as a career of choice for those entering the workplace, and given the current paucity of education relating to sales in both secondary and tertiary education, the apprenticeships provide a valuable development tool for employers who want to attract emerging talent into their sales force.
“This event is an important one in the calendar for those who take the sales profession seriously and I look forward to taking part and hearing the views of the many leading sales professionals and educational experts who are participating.”
Chief executive officer of Consalia, Philip Squire, said: “We are delighted to host our annual Global Sales Transformation event once again at the illustrious London Stock Exchange this year. From talking to our clients and those in the industry, we are hearing that the market for great sales talent is not only an extremely valuable resource but also presents possible recruitment challenges. Given this context, we will be exploring this theme with different talks from knowledgeable sales leaders who will share their experiences and the innovative ways that have inspired cultural change within their organisation.
“It is a must-attend for anyone who has these topics at the top of their mind going into 2023.
“We look forward to seeing you there.”
What is Global Sales Transformation XVII about?
The sales industry is having to navigate a plethora of difficult challenges at present, including economic uncertainty, rising interest rates, and an increased turnover of sales employees.
With profits squeezed, growth stifled, and the Great Resignation still in effect across many business-to-business companies, sales executives will have to think hard about how to sell more effectively, whilst exploring new initiatives to recruit, engage, and retain sales employees.
With this in mind, Global Sales Transformation XVII has come at a great time, offering attendees a mixture of insights and thought leadership surrounding the below topics:
- How can companies attract great talent?
- How can we engage our sales teams during these times of uncertainty?
- What can organisations do to retain their best talent?
