Welcome to our newly-endorsed training providers

We are pleased to welcome several organisations as newly-endorsed providers of quality sales training.

An endorsement from the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP) means learners can have the confidence of knowing that their training has been certified by the industry’s professional body.

For training organisations themselves, validation by the ISP is an important quality mark, allowing sales academies and training centres to display the ISP Endorsed Training Provider logo on training materials, marketing, social media and website communications.

Our endorsement tells their customers that the training organisations they are learning with:

  • Follow nationally recognised professional standards and the ISP’s competency framework.
  • Provide evidence that their sales training programmes are well designed with a focus on quality.
  • Deliver educational programmes which have been assured by an external professional body (the ISP).

Training providers and sales academies recently endorsed include:

  • Alate Business Growth Ltd www.alatebusinessgrowth.com
  • Competitive Edge www.yourcompetitiveedge.co.uk
  • Invest Northern Ireland (INI) www.investni.com
  • The Leadership and Sales Academy (TLSA) www.tlsasalestraining.co.uk
  • SIG (www.sigplc.com) have had a second programme endorsed – their specialist Level 2 sales training course.
  • Soft Skills Consultants (Mauritius) Ltd www.softskills.mu
  • And congratulations to the True Sales Academy (www.truesales.academy) who now have three training programmes endorsed by the ISP, including, most recently, ‘The Foundations of Sales Success’ and ‘Sales Skills for Non-Salespeople’.

Paul Owen, managing director of the True Sales Academy, said: “We’ve worked hard over the last decade to develop training that’s engaging, interactive and effective. It also matters to us that sales is seen as an ethical, professional skill, because it’s a vital job that is often misunderstood and misrepresented in society. Through working with the ISP, we can reassure our clients that our training is not only effective but also ethical.

“The end game, through our work and the support of the ISP, is that sales is recognised as the respected profession and critical life skill it is. It should be taught in schools, colleges and universities across the country. That will only come by creating professional, ethical and respected standards in our world.”

If you are interested in finding out more about becoming an ISP-endorsed training centre, please contact our education team using our online form: www.the-isp.org/contact-us/ or email Jennie Harnaman, head of apprenticeship and membership engagement: jennie.harnaman@the-isp.org

We will explain the process and check that you meet our initial requirements. After that, we will need to approve you as an endorsed training provider before you can deliver ISP-endorsed programmes.

This involves evaluating:

  • The objectives of your programme
  • How you are planning to deliver the training and support your delegates
  • The content of your programme
  • How closely your programme matches the ISP competency and qualification framework.

We look forward to hearing from you. Good luck!
